Abstract
A case of a heterotopic pregnancy is presented. Clinical manifestation s included vaginal bleeding, and on ultrasonography a subchorionic hem atoma was demonstrated. The subchorionic hematoma may be regarded as b lood draining from the tubal pregnancy through the uterus.
