High-energy neutrino transitions in a strong magnetic field that are a
ccompanied by the creation of photons and electron-positron pairs are
investigated within the Standard Model. The probabilities of the proce
sses and the mean values of the energy and momentum lost by the neutri
nos are presented. The asymmetry of the outgoing neutrinos as a possib
le source of the sufficient recoil ''kick'' velocity of the remnant an
d the emission of electron-positron pairs and photons in the ''polar c
ap'' region of the remnant as a possible origin of the cosmological ga
mma burst are discussed.
