Abstract
In this work, 14 new microwave (MW) transitions have been measured in CD3OD with an accuracy of +/- 100 kHz. The transitions have been assig ned to definite torsional-rotational quantum numbers in the vibrationa l ground state. The majority of the assigned transitions involve the f irst excited torsional state. The presented data along with the previo usly known MW transitions and recently obtained Fourier transform tran sitions have been fitted with a recently developed Hamiltonian model a nd the torsion-rotation molecular parameters determined.
