The estimation of the air now and the dispersion of ground level relea
ses in an industrial plant becomes difficult due to the complexivity o
f the building arrangement. Wind direction and velocity, average and t
ime series of concentrations were measured near ground level in an exi
sting plant. A comparison with a wind tunnel simulation shows a fair a
greement for the now data as well as for the average and fluctuating c
oncentrations and their statistical parameters.
