Abstract
A pool of RNA molecules that contained exclusively phosphorothioate in ternucleoside linkages was used as a starting point for the selection of aptamers that bind to basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), and ap pear to act as heparin mimics. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All righ ts reserved.
