Abstract
In [1], Duprat and Muller introduced the ingenious ''Branching CORDIC' ' algorithm. It enables a fast implementation of CORDIC algorithm usin g signed digits and requires a constant normalization factor. This cor respondence corrects some errors in the original paper.
