The frequency distributions of Al(1)A(2)B0, Rhesus, MNSs, P, Duffy, Ke
ll, Hp, Tf, AcP, PGM(1) alleles, and haplotypes were studied in Siberi
an populations of Old Believers (Burnyi village, Krasnoyarskii krai, a
nd Isetskii raion, Tyumenskaya oblast) and in ethnic Russians from Tyu
menskaya oblast. Features characteristic of the genetic structure of t
hese groups were revealed The Siberian groups of Russians were shown t
o be genetically removed from European Russian populations (Tverskaya
and Vologodskaya oblasts). The Burnyi population of Old Believers was
significantly removed from the other groups of Russians due to peculia
rities in the sample.
