Abstract
A cluster of 6 cases of equine granulomatous enteritis is described. A luminium was demonstrated in the tissues and lesions of these horses a nd in the intimal bodies of intestinal vessels. The relationship betwe en granulomatous lesions, aluminium, acidity and invading microorganis ms, particularly parasites, is presented and discussed.
