Abstract
The cyclomanganation of (eta(6)-arene)tricarbonylchromium complexes by reaction with benzylpentacarbonylmanganese affords new bimetallic com pounds. The mechanism of the manganation as well as other underlying a spects of the reactivity of cyclomanganated complexes are addressed in this report. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
