Abstract
We consider the wave equation with perturbations of order 4p and 4p 2, p is an element of N\{0}. First, we solve a problem raised by Lions in the second volume of his monograph on exact controllability. Secon d we generalize his results to the case of perturbations of order grea ter than 4.
