Abstract
It was demonstrated that Pseudomonas cepacia PS lipase adsorbed on Cel ite, has the ability to catalyse: the chemoselective monoacetylation o f various hydroxyalkylphenols or the chemoselective removal of a singl e acetyl group from the corresponding acetate.
