Abstract
We investigate the predictions of random-matrix theory for eigenvector statistics and compare them with numerical results obtained for the d issipative periodically kicked top. Different types of statistics are found. In contrast to conservative dynamics they are connected with th e types of eigenvalue of the propagator rather than with the symmetrie s of Hamiltonian evolution.
