Abstract
The place of coronal computed tomography (CT) in the assessment of pat ients prior to functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) is well esta blished. The ability to accurately correlate radiological and surgical anatomy enhances precision and safety during FESS. This pictorial ess ay reviews the conceptual anatomical framework that forms the basis of FESS.
