Abstract
The distribution ratio of the component elements between the liquid Cu -Zn-Fe or Cu-Ni-Fe alloy and the FeOx-SiO2-CaO or MgO-saturated FeOx-S iO2-CaO slag was evaluated thermodynamically based on the activity coe fficients of the alloy components determined using a transpiration met hod and a double Knudsen cell-mass spectrometer.
