Abstract
We report a rare case of a young girl with an embryonal rhabdomyosarco ma of the right aryepiglottic fold. Local disease recurrence, occurrin g 7 years after subtotal resection and adjuvant chemotherapy, was stud ied with plain radiography, CT and MRI. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report illustrating the MRI characteristics of a lar yngeal embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in a child.
