Abstract
It is shown that the operation time of lead cathode can be increased b y a factor of 2-3 by introducing zinc salts into the solution. The eff iciency of this procedure is exemplified by electrochemical synthesis of 1-phenylethylamine, 3-hydroxychinuclidine, and phosphine.
