Abstract
Acute scrotum is an exceptional form of presentation of acute appendic itis in the pediatric age group. Only 14 cases have been described in literature. The authors report a case of an 8-year-old boy with a 12-h our history of right hemiscrotal pain secondary to acute retrocecal no nperforated appendicitis.
