J. Bladek et al., APPLICATION OF TLC FOR DETERMINATION OF HIGH EXPLOSIVE RESIDUES IN WATER AND SOIL SAMPLES, Chemia Analityczna, 43(4), 1998, pp. 711-718
Modern TLC equipment was used for quantitative determination of high e
xplosives residues in soil and water. Chromatograms were developed in
reversed-phase system by automated multiple development gradient eluti
on. Analytes were extracted from matrix using liquid-liquid extraction
(LLE) and solid phase extraction techniques. The recoveries (for soil
and water they were 70-80 % and 90-98 % respectively) and detectabili
ty limits (50-200 ng in band) were estimated. Quantitation was carried
out by UV or VIS absorption light measurement in situ.
