MODELING OF MAGNETIC MULTIVALUED RECORDING IN GRANULAR MATERIAL

A new method of magnetic recording using granular materials is propose d, In this study, hysteresis and remanence curves for granular materia ls are obtained by the Monte Carlo method to investigate micromagnetic behavior during the recording process. The relation between micromagn etics and ferromagnetic distribution is studied and the feasibility of the use of granular materials as a recording medium is clarified.
