Abstract
A statistical model, based on Monte Carlo simulation, is proposed in t his paper for evaluating the influence of the proximity of transmissio n lines on the magnetic field intensities and exposures in the residen tial environment. The proposed model is validated by comparing the res ults of calculation using the model with experimental data obtained in a related study.
