Abstract
Results are presented on several new highly efficient, fast, safe, and ''environmentally friendly'' liquid scintillator. Liquid scintillator s can be contained in tubes or FEP Teflon-lined containers serving, at the same time, as light guides. The immediate application areas are i n scintillation hodoscopes and TOF counters whenever complicated count er shapes (bends, corners, etc.) are required. (C) 1998 Elsevier Scien ce B.V.
