Abstract
A method is described for determination of the equilibrium constant fo r lysozyme association from measurements of its diffusion coefficient by pulsed magnetic field gradient NMR. Two models were considered: ind efinite association and dimerization. The concentrations of oligomers of different stoichiometry were calculated as a function of lysozyme c oncentration in solution.
