Abstract
Mutual diffusion and solubility of nitrile rubbers with various compos itions in poly(chloroprene) was studied by methods of electron-probe X -ray microanalysis and transmission electron microscopy. The phase dia grams were constructed, the diffusion coefficients for the migration o f macromolecules of nitrile rubbers into poly(chloroprene) and vice ve rsa were determined, and the interphase boundaries, diffusion activati on energies, Flory--Huggins interaction parameters, and critical solub ility temperatures of components were calculated.
