Abstract
Although research into Prader-Willi syndrome has resulted in dramatic genetic breakthroughs, progress is also being made on the behavioral a nd psychiatric fronts. This review highlights recent advances in under standing these psychiatric vulnerabilities, as well as new lines of wo rk examining genotype-phenotype relations and treatment.
