A theoretical study is performed for the possible generation:regimes o
f a ruby NMR-laser with an external feedback producting the injected s
ignal dependent on the lasing field which is generated at the precedin
g time instant determined by the signal transit time over the feedback
loop. The bifurcations which the system experiences with changing the
delay time are analyzed. The conditions for generating stable pulsati
ons and their characteristics are determined. The directions for chaot
ization and appearance of multistability are pointed out.
