Abstract
A possibility for appearing the ultrashort dynamic chaos in the system of coherent excitons, photons and biexcitons in semiconductors is pre dicted. Depending on the magnitude of the exciton - biexciton conversi on constant and initial quasiparticle concentration in the system, bot h the regular and stochastic vibrations are shown to be possible. The dynamic stochasticity of coherent quasiparticles is due to breaking do wn the system's integrals of motion.
