By using the experimental results obtained by the isotopic contrast me
thod in neutron inelastic scattering, and by using the data of calcula
tion on the shell model of force interaction, the partial vibrational
spectra of Cu, La and O in the La2CuO4 lattice are reestablished and t
he phonon spectrum of the system is reconstructed. The temperature dep
endences of the mean square thermal displacements of various atoms and
the specific heat of the compound are calculated. The data obtained a
re compared with the results of theoretical calculations and independe
nt experiments.
