An EHF-resonance technique of millimeter wavelength band was used for
the study of reentrant magnetic systems (FepNi1-p)(77)B13Si10 (p=0.09;
0.10) at low temperatures (down to 0.3K) and high applied magnetic fi
elds. The linear dependence of magnetization on the temperature that c
haracterizes the spin-glass state in such reentrant systems in strong
magnetic field was discovered. The energy of localized excitations cha
racterizing spin-glass state was estimated.
