Abstract
Sotos syndrome is a relatively common overgrowth syndrome with charact eristic physiognomy. We report on 3 patients with congenital heart def ects out of 14 Sotos syndrome patients studied clinically and or by ec hocardiography. Review showed another 17 patients with variable cardia c defects, mostly closure defects, making an overall incidence of appr oximately 8%. (C) 1998 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
