Abstract
The 211 papers and abstracts published by the late Horton H. Hobbs, Jr , are cited and annotated by a list of new taxa published in each pape r. An alphabetical list of taxa named by Hobbs is provided; the reposi tory and the catalogue number are cited for each holotype. Hobbs's rem iniscences of his introduction to crayfishes and his early work are su mmarized from an oral interview.
