Abstract
Assuming that the nth iterate of the Laplacian Delta''f belongs to L-r (R-d), we investigate for 0 less than or equal to k < 2n the validity of the following interpolation inequality: parallel to D-xi 1 ... D(xi k)f parallel to(q) less than or equal to K parallel to f parallel to( p)(1 - alpha)parallel to Delta''f parallel to(r)(alpha), where D-xi i is the derivative in the direction xi(i).
