We examine two boundary-value problems of Stokes' type for a micropola
r fluid, in an exterior domain of R3. Using the variational method of
Brezzi (velocity-pressure) [4], results for existence, uniqueness and
regularity of solution are obtained for the velocity and pressure in w
eighted Sobolev spaces of Hanouzet [6] and the microrotation in classi
cal Sobolev spaces.
