Abstract
OBJECTIVE. We percutaneously injected ethanol into small vessels affer ent to tumor nodules to induce hepatic infarction in areas of tumor ca used by hepatocellular carcinoma. CONCLUSION. Percutaneous hepatic inf arction therapy holds promise as a new method of treating large hepato cellular carcinoma.
