Abstract
A 5-MCi artificial antineutrino source on the basis of the long-lived isotope Pm-147 is proposed for experiments probing the fundamental pro perties of the neutrino. In an experiment with this source, an upper l imit of 5 x 10(-12)mu(B) may be imposed on the anomalous magnetic mome nt of the neutrino.
