R. Bernabei et al., IMPROVED LIMITS ON NEUTRINOLESS BETA-BETA DECAYS OF CA-46 AND BA-130 BY USING SCINTILLATORS AS SOURCE-DETECTORS, Nuovo cimento della Società Italiana di Fisica. A. Nuclei, particles and fields, 111(4), 1998, pp. 347-352
Scintillators are suitable to act as source-detectors in several beta
beta decay searches. Here improved limits on neutrinoless beta beta de
cays of Ca-46 and Ba-130 are achieved by analysing the energy distribu
tion collected deep underground at the Gran Sasso National Laboratory
by using, respectively, CaF2(Eu) and BaF2 scintillators.
