Abstract
Mixed rare-earth cuprates are synthesized in the Nd2CuO4-Pr2CuO4 syste m. The electrical properties of these cuprates are studied. Praseodymi um cuprate exhibit the n-type semiconductor properties. The moisture r esistance of the cuprates and solid solutions based on them is studied .
