Abstract
A procedure is proposed for preparing samples for quantitative chromat ographic determination of components of complex hydrophilic and hydrop hobic matrices, including those containing polymeric components, which consists in treating samples with solvent mixtures to form heterophas e systems and subsequent dosing of only one of the layers formed. A mo dification of the standard addition method is considered, based on dou bling all operations and evaluating the amounts of components being de termined, extrapolated to a ''zero'' standard addition.
