Abstract
Binary-interaction coefficients for the Redlich-Kwong-Soave equation o f state are determined using experimental data on the vapor-liquid equ ilibria in binary mixtures. The dependence of these coefficients on te mperature and pressure is found. Example calculations of phase equilib ria showed that the accuracy of the Redlich-Kwong-Soave model could be improved, especially for the range of high pressures and temperatures as well as near critical points.
