We obtain analytical formulas for the cross section and the angular di
stributions of the b((b) over bar) quarks in the process e(+)e(-) -->
<t(t)over bar>, with t-->W+ b ((t) over bar --> W-(b) over bar) assumi
ng CP violation in the <gamma t(t)over bar> and Zt(t) over bar vertice
s. We present CP violating asymmetries which measure separately the re
al and imaginary parts of the electroweak dipole moment form factors o
f the top quark, d(gamma)(s) and d(Z)(s). We give a numerical analysis
of these asymmetries within the minimal supersymmetric standard model
with complex parameters. They turn out to be of order less than or si
