Abstract
A type of spectral problem called W-problem is discussed. It appeared in several physical applications. Explicit formulas for an N-fold Darb oux transformation are derived. As an example of application the N-sol iton formula for the Landau-Lifshitz equation with ''easy axis'' aniso tropy is written down.
