Negative photoelectrical properties are observed in adsorption Langmui
r-Blodgett films consisting of merocyanine dye and brilliant green und
er illumination using two lights. These peculiar properties are strong
ly dependent on the polarized direction of the two lights and their wa
velengths corresponding to the absorption peaks of the two dyes. We ha
ve analyzed the photoelectric process between the two dyes, comparing
the experimental results and the simulation using the model for photog
enerated carriers via trap levels formed between the two dyes. (C) 199
