Abstract
Two new species of the genus Parotosuchus, (Family Capitosauridae) wit h semi-closed otic notches, from the Denwa Formation, Satpura Gondwana Basin, India are described from well preserved, complete skulls. Capi tosaurids from India were known from fragmentary material only. The re lationship among the two new species and other related forms is briefl y discussed.
