Abstract
To evaluate the frequency of eating disorder features among women rece iving treatment for an alcohol problem, 52 female attenders at an alco hol clinic were assessed using a standardized research clinical interv iew, and the findings compared with data on a general population sampl e. The results suggest that eating disorder features are overrepresent ed among women who present for treatment for an alcohol problem. (C) 1 993 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
