Cardiac sequelae of stab chest wounds may be various and dramatic, and
the light ventricle is the most commonly injured chamber. Correct dia
gnosis of cardiac damage may be done up to many years after the trauma
. We describe a rare case of isolated, unexpected flail tricuspid valv
e detected by transthoracic echocardiography in a young patient with r
