Abstract
Two new compounds, (I) hanol-ato-O)-bis[bis(trimethylsilylmethyl)galli um] and (II) ilylmethanolato-O)-bis[bis(trimethylsilylmethyl)], have b een obtained with dimeric structures, with planar four-membered Ga2O2 and In2O2 rings, respectively.
