Abstract
The crystal contains three independent five-coordinate monomers of ril omethyl-idyne)]diphenolato-N,N',O,O'}iron(III). The distances Fe(1)-Fe (1A), Fe(1)-Fe(1B) and Fe(1A)-Fe(1B) are 7.175 (1), 7.683 (1) and 7.20 7 (1) angstrom, respectively. The planes of the ligand groups of the t wo neighbouring molecules bend away from each other.
