Abstract
A 30-year-old woman with a living related six-antigen-matched kidney a
llograft conceived 10 years posttransplantation, She had discontinued
her immunosuppression medications 3 years previously. The allograft fu
nctioned well throughout gestation, which was complicated by preeclamp
sia, leading to induction at 35 weeks and delivery of a 2,175-g male.
