Abstract
Transient absorption spectra were obtained in solution of poly(methylp henylsilylene) (PMPS) and poly(methyl-n-propylsilylene) (PMPrS) at roo m temperature in the wavelength range 340-500 nm, using femtosecond la ser flash photosysis. Transient absorption bands in near UV region, we re ascribed to exciton states.
