J. Gilad et al., ENTEROCOCCUS-HIRAE SEPTICEMIA IN A PATIENT WITH END-STAGE RENAL-DISEASE UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS, European journal of clinical microbiology & infectious diseases, 17(8), 1998, pp. 576-577
Enterococcus hirae, member of the Enterococcus genus known to cause in
fection in animals, is rarely encountered in clinical practice. There

the clinical spectrum of Enterococcus hirae infection in humans and th
e antimicrobial susceptibility of Enterococcus hirae is also included.
