The piezoelectric and dielectric properties of oriented beta degrees Z
' cuts (beta=0, 15, 30, 45, 60 degrees) of piezoelectric crystals of T
sTS-83G (lead zirconate titanate) composite are studied. A static mode
l is proposed for the case of a maximally polarized ceramic based on t
he conditions of complete and partial stability of the polar axes c wi
th allowance for their nonuniform distribution for 180 degrees and 90
degrees domain reorientations. It is found that the TsTS-83G piezoelec
tric composite does not exhibit anisotropy in the piezoelectric coeffi
cient d(33)' when the axis of the Z' cut is rotated in the ZY plane re
lative to the XYZ coordinate system. (C) 1998 American Institute of Ph
